Do you also find it hard to feel sorry for missionaries when they get killed and eaten?
I mean it's pretty insulting, they go over and start telling people their beliefs are wrong and then wonder why they get their heads bashed in.

i might be behind the curve on this one so feel free to correct me. isn't the intention of their sacrifice to inspire others to follow? the circumstances of their death could make followers consider them as martyrs(?) for believers, i don't think it's pity that they feel about them, more like worship? as a non-believer, i really think it's pathetic to waste your life this way.
