LGBTQ+, and especially believers, remember that God makes all souls equal.

LGBTQ+, and especially believers, remember that God makes all souls equal.

Many have decided to tolerate those who are intolerant to LGBTQ+ souls, while preventing their abortion, to ensure they have many to discriminate against.

Talk of make work. Believers have to see God creating a make hate program.

Moral people know to speak up for the unfairly discriminated and persecuted LGBTQ+.

Right?

The Bible does speak clearly about those who practice that kind of lifestyle
@GnosticChristian Ooh! Even I didn't know that. That's cool!
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@LordShadowfire They treated women the same way. Sometimes venerating them and sometimes cursing them.
It was economy of the Church based.
Women are way better at sucking cash out of the tribe than men are.
The poorer the Church, the more they raise women to their rightful status of cleaning up after incompetent and immoral men.
@LordShadowfire Alot of the way the modern church looks at some stuff from the early history reminds me of art historians looking at famous artists who were writing literal love letters to a same sex partner and come back with:

So.....just friends?

Lumping any group of people together and stating that they all feel exactly the same way is pure idiocy.
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@4meAndyou We all voluntarily label ourselves. A good thing, as then we know who to love and who to hate. Listen to that song Sign Sign, everywhere a sign. You will get it. Are you agreeing with my "right" above or not?

Another thing. Every law that you follow is one designed to single out discriminate against and label someone and put them into a sub group.

IE. Murderers, rapists, lying preachers sometimes, etc.
InHeaven · F
No. All these sexual deviations or perversions are demonic/possession. God created a woman and a man. We are to separate the sin from a person, and judge the sin, but not the person (soul).
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@InHeaven If Jesus is Gods as you think, he put those demons on you in the first place when he gave Satan dominion over your thinking. Use logic and reason to find God. Not supernatural and immoral precepts. Your own bible tells you to seek wisdom away from your Christian beliefs. Need I get you the quote?
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@InHeaven "that were sucking the life out of my soul" --- your bible says that only God can harm a soul. That is a truth as I know the pain.
InHeaven · F
No, Bible doesn’t say that and God doesn’t harm souls@GnosticChristian demons feed and grow off our negative energy , negative emotions. After every such so called “intimate” demonic night encounter I felt like a squeezed lemon in the morning and was extremely depressed the following day. Every time I pray to the God of the Bible now, Jesus Christ, I feel more alive and rejuvenated...in my soul. So no. Absolutely God does not hurt my soul. Stop lying....gnostic satanist.... you sound nothing like a Christian...
Sharon · F
God isn't real.
Sharon · F
@GnosticChristian No cop out and I can read very well. You claimed "remember that God makes all souls equal". For that to be true in any way, this God thing would have to exist but there's no evidence it does.
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@Sharon I agree. I think supernatural belief, while understandable in a population where 95% think in a body/soul way, is a foolish thing to believe in.
I, like you, prefer fact over fiction.
Fun Fact. Atheist are statistically more moral than believers.
Did you have a reply to the O.P.?
Sharon · F
@GnosticChristian Other than the impled claim thar "God" exist, I tend to agree with the OP. Christians need something to fight against. In their world, Satan is their god's best friend. Without Him, their god would have to be blamed for everything that went wrong.
Ynotisay · M
I think the idea of Christians being moral has left the station. Some are. Most aren't. And those who are have stood by while their fellow "believers" have turned it in to a religion of hate and oppression. It's why the most "morality" comes from non-believers.
The first sentence of chapter two of Richard Dawkins' The God Delusion is often quoted.
“The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all fiction: jealous and proud of it; a petty, unjust, unforgiving control-freak; a vindictive, bloodthirsty ethnic cleanser; a misogynistic, homophobic, racist, infanticidal, genocidal, filicidal, pestilential, megalomaniacal, sadomasochistic, capriciously malevolent bully.”
Years later in a foreword to a book based on that sentence (by a different author)), Dawkins wrote:
Is it, perhaps, unfair of Dan and me to pick and choose illustrations of the unpleasant characteristics of God? Couldn’t an apologist come up with a similar list of virtues, backed up by an even larger list of supporting verses? Couldn’t the apologist compile a counter to my damning litany? [c=008099]“The God of the Old Testament is ... magnanimous, generous, encouraging, forgiving, charitable, loving, friendly, good-humoured, supportive of women, of homosexuals, of children, freedom-loving, open-minded, broad-minded, non-violent.” [/c]Go on. Try and find those nice verses. Do your best. You think you’ll succeed? Want a bet?

We have all become acculturated to the idea that criticising religion is somehow not done, it’s bad taste, you just don’t do it. The result is that even mild criticism sounds a lot stronger than it really is. My Chapter 2, first sentence, is not mild. But it is nothing less than the truth, truth about both the letter and the spirit of the bible. The evidence? Read on.

@BlueSkyKing Keep away from the Old Testament . If you pay notice to the Old Testament you'd end up nearly getting a nervous breakdown
Persecuted LGBTQ? Sorry you clearly don't live in the West.
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic You clearly do not think or observe.
@GnosticChristian By your username and your profile pic you clearly are a thinker 🤭
@BritishFailedAesthetic I'm glad to hear LGBT+ people aren't being persecuted as badly in the UK. I'm ashamed to admit that my fellow Americans are like that.
redredred · M
It’s none of my business what consenting adults do with each other so long as no one is coerced or suffers criminal harm. I have my own concerns.
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@redredred We all do. You, like them, recognize when the right thing is being done to you. Consider that if none of us stepped up for the other, Christians would still be burning witches.
ChadJNSD · 31-35, M
The “LGBQT” is just an idiotic political label used to marginalize people and for some of those people to gain certain rights and claim discrimination in certain instances. Not saying it’s right but lot of people are switch hitters and don’t give a damn about the politics of it all. Again, it is an extremely idiotic, political label.
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@ChadJNSD Labels are good. That is why we all basically use them.
ChadJNSD · 31-35, M
@GnosticChristian Nope, they are stupid.
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@ChadJNSD You just used one. Useful to do so. Right?

If you do not see the truth in that, ------.

@jshm2 Not a while lot of proof in that pudding though, huh?
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@jshm2 That makes supernatural God believers fools.
I agree.
GnosticChristian · 70-79, M
@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP How about a reason, or can't you think of anything worthy of saying? Show cause or tuck tail.
