I agree. Many people fail to see the emotions behind words and actions. They get too challenged by the ideas and beliefs themselves. No empathy or compassion.

I lied to a boy when I was younger because he was so distraught and told him they in fact do go to heaven....and because I was still fresh losing my father I told him kitten is with my father in heaven. Meh.

@SinlessOnslaught Didn't know what else to say. He was bawling his eyes out yelling no one understood him.

Thats not surprising a lot of atheists lack empathy..
Oh animals in eternity..
(Isaiah 11:6-9) "The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. {7} And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. {8} And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice’ den. {9} They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea."

The go to reaction is to hate everything related to religion. I think it's lazy.
I understand it but still think it's lazy.
I understand it but still think it's lazy.
Maybe impulsively responding to every religious post with an insult isn't a good idea.
It absolutely isn't.
It accomplishes nothing.
Disagree, discuss, debate, sure. But responding to someone sharing a religious idea with "that's dumb and so are you" is childish, spiteful and pointless.

@jshm2 I didn't even ask a question.
SinlessOnslaught · 26-30, M

I did not insult you. I compared your ludicrous argument to a situation in which someone was murdered for threatening to call the police. You then made the claim that the two situations were quite different, when they most definitely were not.

@SinlessOnslaught That is not the slightest bit true. I understood your argument quite well. I simply found it juvenile, simplistic, and unworthy of consideration. Perhaps you would be so good as to watch this video and get back to me.

@CorvusBlackthorne No because all you've done is insult me and then claim you're not.
CorvusBlackthorne · 100+, M
@SinlessOnslaught Wrong. I demonstrated how your argument failed. Then you became angry and deleted your post.

Was that website Yahoo! Answers, by any chance? Because I remember a question like that, and if you recall, I answered that they would have a reward according to how they behaved in life.
SinlessOnslaught · 26-30, M
@LordShadowfire No.
