I lost my faith

I know it is not the time for me to have these thoughts, but I can't help but view everything in terms of faith and religion.. I was thinking how when I lost my faith, every superstitious thing was lost with it too..

Eight years ago before losing my faith (its been eight years, did not realise it), if someone talked to me at night about seeing invisible people and things in the room, I would have peed myself thinking there are devils and dead people in the room... but now I seem to view everything realistically and scientifically first.. YES I still have some superstitions at the back of my mind, yes I still get scared of the unknown and of irrational behaviours, but I know better than freaking out over devils .. that doesn't seem like a required skill, but its been a big help recently...

The world does lose a certain kind of color when you stop believing in magic, but it gains so much clarity.

Rational thinking is great. How is Ms Potato doing today?

I wouldn't necessarily rule out the possibility of paranormal phenomena, but it's good that you look for the simplest answer first.

Personally, I've seen too much shit to ever stop believing entirely.
Have you checked between the couch cushions?
