@Mathias Sounds good. When I was working inside of buildings without skylights in the winter I would develop the doldrums. Not what I would consider depressed, more like a battery that is getting worn down, not much energy and would drag around at home not being productive. I worked two other jobs after retiring that had skylights in the ceiling so I was getting natural sunlight and that made a huge difference in the winter, never felt run-down when I was working those jobs. I don’t get outside as much now due to having cancer but I take quite a bit of Vitamin D daily and believe that is helping with it. I have bought LED blue therapy lights to sit in front of in the mornings while I had my coffee and used them before I started taking Vitamin D and they helped quite a bit. Had a cat who was also drawn to it and my parakeets would start singing and chirping, almost like they were cooing after I put it near their cages so they could enjoy it. They had gotten quieter as the days got shorter is why I did it.

@cherokeepatti Its very important with properly lights, we all need ligths to feel good, People, animals, plants even DSLR cameras to create a good pic. Our nearest star is our sun and if the sun doesnt light we all get depressed.
PS: Sorry for your cancer...but thats my starsign.
