730 we give the boys a shower, put on there clean pj's and put them to bed at 8:00.
Usually once they're in bed we will go have a cigar and a drink. Our daughter goes to bed at 9:00 and she always comes out and says good night to us. My partner goes to bed at 10:00 and I lay down with him until he usually falls asleep it doesn't take him long. Then I get up and get everything ready for the next day the kids backpack, checks their homework, make sure their lunch is ready, their sensory bags are good and everything is charged that needs to be charged. Earpods tablets phones and whatever else they might need for the day.
That usually takes me till about 11: 30. Then I just wait and see if I fall asleep or not if I don't fall asleep I usually get up and clean the kitchen the bathroom until it's 4:00 a.m. when my partner gets up..
