what do you do at night when you can't sleep

there's a lot running through your mind, i find those nights to be hell...as i know how important sleep is for your health.

- Maybe ASMR
- sometimes mood music for sleep or meditation
- guided meditations

Make sure phone is on extra dim, or i flip it over so its dark, (light destroys your circadian rhythm).

I also bought a very comfy headband with speakers built in so i can fall asleep in it, and they automatically turn off.

And - i gave up on stressing about not sleeping. The worrying was what was making me even more tired.
