Sleeping at the wrong time is BAD...

😢😢😢 At 6:30 p.m. last night I was so tired my eyes were blurry and wouldn't focus...so I decided to take a nap. When I woke up it was nearly 9 p.m., and I was too tired to stay up...and went back to bed and slept until 12:30 a.m.!!!

Now it's 3:48 a.m., I'm hungry and can't cook because I'll wake the neighbors, I've finished my book, and I will probably sleep till Noon tomorrow!!! I'm just all messed up.

Please keep some ready to eat things at home that are healthy too. You can prepare such things yourself for emergencies like this.

@ABCDEF7 ☺☺☺ I made a casserole on Saturday when I was really starting to feel lousy. It's basically chick pea penne, with spaghetti sauce, chunks of hot Italian sausage, Vegan mozzarella cheese which just melts instead of getting stretchy, and topped with shredded parmesan cheese.

It's all baked and I heated some up for breakfast this morning! 🤣🤣🤣
