What is your favorite position?

Side. Sometimes on my stomach with one leg hanging over the edge.

Three hours in and the result are a bit mixed - according to "experts" (?), 60% or so sleep on their sides, which this little poll seems to agree with, but those sleeping on their stomachs (the weirdos 🤣) are according to experts the smallest (by far) percentage, seems to be different for this poll. Then again this is SW, so I guess that isn't surprising 😁.

I start on my back, but as I am drifting off I switch to my side.

I usually wake up a few times and change sides, then fall right back to sleep.

I have never liked sleeping on my stomach.

I’m really a back sleeper. It relaxes me to prepare for sleep that way. But I’d usually find myself waking up on my side.

Side sleeping because of previous sciatica, it is best for getting the pressure off.
