I need to stop

I knew a woman years ago who would buy sleeping pills and the more the better.
Now I am the same. It's like the Michael Jackson son 'dreaming my life away'.

I had a life before lockdown but all my friends died and I feel left out because I am the one left behind with a hole in my life.

I suggest you go see your GP and confess your addiction, you should be able to get some help, it's quite important depending on what the pills are to taper off slowly rather than stopping suddenly as that can cause problems.

I don't know if you are aware of CBD but it can help you to manage things like addiction/anxiety so you might want to try that if you haven't already.
