Do you switch off your lights to sleep?

I don't like to be in pitch dark when I'm closing my eyes.

And that's why I have set a 2 hours timer for the lights to switch off on its own.

I like to sleep in a blue light with 10% brightness 🔆 just like the pic below (reference image)

What about you?

I switch off the lights but it's never pitch black in my room. I sometimes even pull up the blinds when there's a thick fog or heavy snowfall outside and creates nice orange ambient light.
