Do you switch off your lights to sleep?

I don't like to be in pitch dark when I'm closing my eyes.

And that's why I have set a 2 hours timer for the lights to switch off on its own.

I like to sleep in a blue light with 10% brightness 🔆 just like the pic below (reference image)

What about you?

I need darkness, no lights at all.

@Fairydust i keep my room all dark the whole day and when I'm.in deep sleep i don't want any light. I get in a good relaxed mood when i keep the blue light on for 2 hours lol . Helps me fall asleep.
