Do you switch off your lights to sleep?
I don't like to be in pitch dark when I'm closing my eyes.
And that's why I have set a 2 hours timer for the lights to switch off on its own.
I like to sleep in a blue light with 10% brightness 馃攩 just like the pic below (reference image)
