Progressive muscle relaxation exercises. Who's got tension in their shoulders? This is for you 🌹
1) Shrug your shoulders deeply, bring your shoulders right up towards your ears. Hold the position for a slow count to ten. (Breathe in)
2)Lower your shoulders gently back to your normal position (breath out)
3)Repeat step one. (Breathe in)
4)Drop your shoulders rapidly. (Breathe out)
This really helps to release tension in your trapezius muscles as well as supporting ones in your neck and back.❤
