I think it's always better to talk it out and let each other know how something made you feel. Got to communicate to understand each other. They can reassure you that you have no reason to feel jealous and explain why they behaved the way they did. Or explain whatever the situation is.
I think there might be ways to talk about it without conflict or being accusatory or letting anger or jealousy take over. You could gently say; I noticed such and such and was curious what you were thinking about, or if everything is ok? Or encourage them to tell you more about the situation.
And go from there?

Jealousy is normal.
It's not the emotion that determines if it's bad.
It's what you choose to do with the emotion.
Express it through journaling or sometimes you just need to sit with it in order to process it without judging yourself for very human emotions.
Just don't hurt anyone and you be good.

If its really a problem, talk to a therapist. They can help you word the questions so its not accusatory.

Tell them what’s bothering you and maybe you can both work towards it.

How would we know? This is incredibly vague.

To say the same in other words some descriptive refference to what happens wouldn´t hurt.

@HannibalMontanimal No, it doesn’t. It’ll just worsen it.
