when they say sugar is bad for you

Refined sugar cain is bad for you, but not natural organic sugars or honey.

Now a sugar/honey like in the mirror has been known to be bad for some too!

So, I am selective on the Sugar I intake/seek.

Eh.. my doctor on my ass with my weight loss. Actually curbing sugar aint all that bad. I tease him sugary foods/drinks I have as a reward.

Funnel cake at Hershey Park was worth it.

Sometimes, you gotta live a little and do things you know are bad for you.

I eat very little sugar.

Add carbs to that list.
