I'm guessing there are some deep-seated problems, and not just that she doesn't want to have sex.
If this has been going on for a bit, then look back to when your sex life with her was good, when the relationship was good, and start there.
I'm guessing she is angry, fed up, feeling used and washed up, and who knows what else.
Above all else, talk to her and listen... hear what she says and is feeling. Maybe it is beyond a fix, but maybe it isn't.

Depriving a partner of sex is cruel af. Sex creates intimacy, an emotional bond, and brings people closer together. By denying sex, the other person is essentially saying "I don't like you anymore and I don't wish to be intimate with you."

She’s over it, move on. Or start making plans to move on. Sometimes relationships end, and that’s okay

@Quetzalcoatlus you’re likely right. It’s been on my mind

@LuckyDay Stop wasting your good years on her. Go find your soulmate.

Doesn't sound like she cares to see any change. No attempt to talk to you about why things are that way either ?

Been there. Done that. I gave the ultimatum and she chose divorce instead of sex or an open marriage.
I’m now divorced for roughly 6 years and have never been happier.
As a side note, you’ll simply never believe how understanding women are today. You’re missing out on the best sex of your life.
Mature women make incredible lovers.

I wish my husband saw me as a sex object

That is an excuse to basically push their actions back on you kind of like reverse psychology. I've been in that same situation and instead of acknowledging their shortcomings they are quick to point out my faults and blame me for being distant don't buy into it

Very sad.
Do you have children together?

In today's World .... there is no reason to go through life unhappy.
Yes, it most likely will initially cost you plenty, but five minutes after you sign the papers you'll feel 50 pounds lighter.....

Sounds like there is some deeper underlying issue. Therapy may help to find out what's really going on.
that sounds like it’s something that goes deeper than just a month or two,, like these are feelings being repressed for years.

Go to therapy
LuckyDay · 41-45, M
@SkeetSkeet I've been to therapy and I benefited from it. It's helped me communicate my needs better, but it doesn't necessarily change the actions of others.
