Why is everyone adamant about being in a relationship?

@maskedbandit All good. my 6 y/o daughter and my own wellbeing are the priorities. I don't need adult romance/sex/intimacy/companionship to be a good single parent.

@Hanginginthere Nobody wants to always be alone. But I can see how it's necessary sometimes. I don't believe anyone really wants to be completely alone.
