This post reminds me of when I was a kid. I was watching the titanic movie with my family.

During that scene where the guy gets shot and his Italian friend shouts "bastardo", my father turned to us and said 'He just said "I'm casting aspersions as to the legitimacy of your birth" in Italian' .
