A lot of us here in that situation .. a hard thing to change at times

You are the only one that can answer that problem.

However, I would give it a serious thought. Have you just severed a relationship? Have you been having issues with the family? Do you have problems at work? Is there something that is bothering you and that you cannot pinpoint.

Join a club or take up a hobby. That would be the best way to make new friends and to share something unique, something you enjoy doing. Good luck.

Your feeling lonely cause you wont open up and let people in. How else can you feel if you push people away

I felt that way with the women I married, it is a terrible place to be. We divorced after her second cheating, and I refuse to date unless the woman is a life and heart match.

Maybe because you feel difficulty in sharing your feelings with anyone, and you really need to.
