Nope. I don't believe I am racist in the least, but the love of my life is the same ethnicity as I am. We have married friends who are of different races and think nothing of it...they are just people we think a lot of. They seem to be happy too. Everyone must follow their hearts.

True love has no boundaries.
The thought of having a mate that may not speak the same language as me does sound appealing.

My first marriage was complicated by some of her family, we had a good relationship, however racism, despite claims of the left. is not only a 'white' condition. I lost her, and our daughter, to a drunk driver.

... and I don't care about "ethnicities" at all. I think what counts is the individual human being, no matter how long their noses are.

If I would ever marry again down the road .. I'd be more worried about their character and personality traits, compatibility, the strength of our relationship, etc, than the color of their skin/ethnicity.

A pre-nup will be needed .. regardless of which of us is the higher earner.
