I am pretty terrified of marriage. I've seen too many couples grow to hate each other after some time, and I've seen people completely change after marriage too. It doesn't seem worth it unless you're toward the end of your life and need insurance/legal security or something.

@DearAmbellina2113 I married once, and she changed in the first year, I had my children with her, and I will never marry ever again.

I have seen couples talk about marrying when older for insurance purposes, bit if both or one of the people are on the social security retirement plan, they both get their retirement cut down. It would have to be seriously looked into by both persons.
Example:
I had a woman that was a retired nurse and she collected social security retirement. We talked about meeting and if we got along to just live together, because she checked into her retirement through social security in the past if she ever married. If she ever married her social security income would have gone from $2000 a month to $562. We never met each other in real life and that went nowhere, but I learned about the social security system.

@DearAmbellina2113 I have two entities I retired from the military and civilian city job. The civilian city job retirement for me and my two kids that lived with me at the time cost me $648 a month when I retired, the Obama Care package made it too costly for my civilian retirement organization to cover the retirees, and we were forced out onto the Obama care plan then the insurance for third tear because that is all I could afford went to $1400 a month and increased every year. So, I switched to my veteran's insurance once the kids were raised, and that costs me nothing. I just go to any VA hospital. Insurance sucks to say the least.

@DearAmbellina2113 I should say the VA care is excellent and awesome. I meant the civilian insurance sector sucks ass and has woven its way into laws to punish you even if you can't afford health insurance the government takes your yearly tax return for not having insurance.

@WillaKissing
Got it earlier.
And became a "single father" of three small ones.
They not even had the opportunity to choose, I was the only available one.
Not a complaint from me (except the way). I love them.
WillaKissing · 56-60
@ElRengo I wanted them but the court gave them to the ex-wife and I had them on all my days off of work, but when they got old enough to choose, they chose to live with me.

Tough situation for you, but I am glad you had them to care and love for.

@WillaKissing It sometimes happens.

The first picture looks a bit ominous to me, isn't it from nightmare on elm street? He dies a brutal death.
