everyone wants to feel desired, to know they still "have it". Maybe it's just innocent flirting and not intended to lead you on.
DutchGravitas · 41-45, M
Fortunately, she did but I simply don't care anymore because I'm sick of doing all the work, even though, it's always the guy to make the first move.

@DutchGravitas: sorry to hear that's been your experience. Many women will make the first move. But you're right; both men and women have been conditioned vis-a-vis their roles in this respect, with men cast as the pursuers and women expected to be passive

its worse when men lead girls on when they are actually married imo

the nerve

The bigger picture here is that a girl flirted with you. Count your lucky stars lol

What I'm TRYING to say is a day when someone flirts with you can't be a bad day so dont let it get in your "craw" lol
DutchGravitas · 41-45, M
I guess I feel foolish of trying and walking away disappointed
VioletDreams · 36-40, F
No need to feel foolish. She was giving mixed signals to begin with. You had to try to know and now you know lol

Perhaps,Some Just wants other guys attention?
DutchGravitas · 41-45, M
Unfortunately, she did get my attention and I fell for it. Hence the reason why she was flirting with me and giving me the tell tale signs of liking me. I understand why but she needs to figure things with her current relationship status. If she thinks that I'm going to be the Rebound Guy, she can definitely forget it!!

Because some of the people were born to be flirty nature, they need boundaries and self control imo.
