Would you find it weird if your older family member talked to your child all the time on social media? (your male child with female family)

Depends. A grandma/grandpa who lives in another state? That would be just fine. Creepy old uncle Earl with the slimy grin and questionable past? Creepy. That wouldn't be hapoening!!

Guess it depends on what they are talking about?

Depends on the relationship

If it were a grandparent situation no. But then again in this day and age no one can be trusted. In the end, It depends on the nature of the conversations, the relationship and your gut instinct.
My sister in law is besties with my daughter .. 🙄

Like every other person she would be talking to it would be moderated so unless something came up that was inappropriate

would you watch your teenagers communications?
Mrsbetweenfatandfit · 26-30, F
@SometimesIjustCry: Of course. My goodness they are maybe even more at risk for being manipulated because they are at the cross roads of adulthood and adolescence it is so confusing they need their parents eyes especially at that stage even if your watching may need to be not so obvious, to avoid them hiding things.

@betweenfatandfit: good points
