What if women regurgitate children out thier mouth like a hard night of drinking? How would that change society?

We'd need detachable jaws. And if they break and heal it's just not feasible. The healing process would be too long and the mother wouldn't be able to eat for a long time. Not sustainable. Unless the babies are small. Or liquid.

What could be done and interesting is cloning ourselves. But that also involves birth of some sort. Maybe eggs. If we could do shelled eggs it would be easier.
