When was your last relationship?
I've never had a long term relationship. I did a couple casual dates twenty years ago and developed PTSD soon after, and became severely anxious even thinking about love or dating. Due to feeling less than others, because of my chronic PTSD. I don't feel like a catch on any level. So I avoid dating.
I'm really trying to heal this. Decades of no affection or love or companionship has really made me scared even more, that any guy will think I'm weird or I'm a red flag. It's heartbreaking inside to always feel not enough.
