Wierd cougar 'dating' group on Facebook... and what it is about all the self-baked cakes every post mentions?

"Today I turn xxx [a random age in the 40 to 70 range]. No husband, no children, no friends—but I baked the cake myself 🥹💖"

Can someone explain what the 'but I baked the cake myself' bit means?

I don't understand it at all.

Is it some sort of underhanded anti-men feminist jibe?

@WaryWitchWandering Yeah I know the first few times I had a post out of the group show up in my feed I was like 'wtf is this in any way legit?'

Like I said above I fully do not understand it. Could be due to my neuro-divergency not providing a way to process what it's trying to mean.
