Considering that 0.000006% of the people on the planet are serial killers, the chance of me actually meeting one is pretty slim. Sociopaths make up about 4% of the population and half of them are dangerous. I would be more likely to want to know if they were taking antipsychotic meds than if they were serial killers.

I would say once you see the blood on their clothes or hands it leaves the door open for such questions. Or if they always seem out of breath when you first meet.

Theres usually some signs.. they go out at night for a while. Their car smells funny also.
