If it's in the work environment we need to just walk up to him and tell him hey if you're single and you're interested in me I would like to see you outside of work then you need to make sure that everything is okay with HR and you'll probably have to sign some kind of an agreement with HR.

I've been alone for about a decade now and as it turns out, flirting and social interactions of that type are perishable skills. I've totally lost the knack for it. I wish I had a clue to offer. Happy hunting. 😉
