I’ve never been into flirting my entire life and now I’m kinda just leaning into it

If it's in the work environment we need to just walk up to him and tell him hey if you're single and you're interested in me I would like to see you outside of work then you need to make sure that everything is okay with HR and you'll probably have to sign some kind of an agreement with HR.
