How to overcome fears

Whenever i talk to any men

I get fears like he might be abusive, will dislike me, will hurt me, will cheat on me, he might not find me attractive, etc.

None of those worries are valid until youve started interacting. In time maybe but usually warning signs are obvious well in advance.
