Do you think women can be "charming"?

I never thought of women as being charming, even though I have a personality "type" that I'm attracted to in a woman: kind, funny, a little sassy, fun, thoughtful, smart, among others and I guess those can be seen as "charming" qualities but I feel men are charming, in the sense they win a girl over with words and charisma, while I feel women win a guy over with sexiness and seduction. It's my case! 😊 The way she runs her fingers through her hair as she talks to you, the way she smiles at you, the way she playfully touches you and laughs at everything you say. Do you think there is some truth to what I'm saying? I guess it's like many say, men are more visually stimulated, while women tend to be more emotionally and mentally stimulated.
All the qualities you describe in both men and women could easily fall under the category of charm.

@OlderSometimesWiser I can agree. I guess a nice personality, in general makes someone charming. However, I still feel women seduce men more than charm them. Do you think "seduction" is a form of charm? The more I rattle on about it, I'm thinking it is! Lol

I love the way you handled that so delicately. I better not. 🤭

I don't think you really understand the concept of charm - it exists in a world outside seduction
How can you not think a woman can be charming? I think women can be charming and I’m a woman.

Old school Hollywood starlets were very charming. I think it's a lost art. Women like Eartha Kitt, Marilyn Monroe, and Dianne Carroll all very charming in their interviews.

They can be but it is rare these days, i only know of one woman here who might qualify. A lot are manipulative and at best good looking.

Sure, but I grew up with black and white movies where Katherine Hepburn was the definition of charm. It doesn't have to be sexual, but making someone feel comfortable or the focus of attention is what I think charm is all about.

I met my dad once, I was buying jewelry for my wife. He could charm just about anyone, lady asked for a wink and he did... Got me 25 pct off! His wife and I just watched him work his magic.
Yep. I dated a few of them.

Yes but not all

My father was charming, toward everyone, both men AND women. So I know very well how his sort of charm works. Whether women in general can be as charming as THAT, depends on how anxious they are to please.

I never quite thought of it that way, but yeah I see what you’re saying and I think you have a point.
