I was starting to develop feelings for someone, but after sending a pic from tonight (my birthday) I'm feeling insulted. He responded by telling me the photo was from an unflattering angle, and that it doesn't look like me!
This is why I can't trust my heart with anyone. If he heard anything and saw anything in me, he'd know that I'm not especially confident and insulting my looks isn't going to help! As I'm sensitive.
Honestly, I’m not in love. But I have strong feelings for the man I’m currently seeing. Our values align, and he treats me like a princess. I’ve honestly never met a man so genuine, kind, loving, and relaxed.
He’s smart too! Always a plus for me. He isn’t the most handsome, but my attraction to him goes far beyond his looks. If things go right, I could see myself being with him forever lol.
Not for at least the last 5 to 6 years. Valentines day is bullshit though - you should love someone just as much everyday and just one day a year. You could do special things all the time not just on one day a year.
