Is it fishy for a 17 year old girl to wanna date a 14 year old boy?

My cousin is only 14 and got a date with a 17 year old high school senior girl.

I met my first long term boyfriend when he was 15 and I was 17. We stayed together for 14 years, and had 2 kids together. I don’t see anything wrong with it. The difference in age didn’t seem significant at all.

@rottenrobi It's a perception of guilt that is getting up people's noses here. The presumption that either or both of the kids are doing something illegal. I wish I had been able to have crushes, dates, friendships, relationships, sex, etc. when I was in my teens but I missed that phase of life.
