Do you flirt naturally or self-consciously?

I don't flirt at all, but because I'm extroverted and talkative, people think I'm flirting when I'm not. In truth, I'm kinda grossed out by people who flirt.

me and my brother stopped at Star Bucks yesterday and the barista was super polite asked me how my day was going and we joked and talked and he said "Why you always flirting with everyone everywhere!" ..

I don't initiate conversation and she's working its implied in her job to make conversation I think.

Usually subconsciously, if ever, and even when it happens most people don’t notice. I mean IRL ofc.

Im overly polite which has been misconstrued as flirting/simping in the past. I don't think i'm flirty but maybe i am subconsciously a massive flirt.
