At night, I feel lonely, yearning for a hug and some love.... Though I am loved by everyone I know...weird.

I am the same way, but I live alone. I’m not sure either. For me, I think I need a routine that intercepts those feelings before they come up. Replace it with a brisk walk. Reading a book. Cooking a nice meal. Etc.
