What is the difference between a white man dating a black woman and a black man dating a white woman?

Logical answers only, please. That means no gender discrimination, that's not logic. Some people on this site seem to think there is a difference between those two couples and I want to know what they mean. There is no difference where I live, so why should there be anywhere else?

It originates from the gender roles of women to serve and be subservient to Men. So it is acceptable for Man to accept a woman from a lower status and woman to seek one from higher. The contrary is not welcomed.

Again all depends on from whose perspective it's seen.

@in10RjFox It is not acceptable in my city to judge people by either race or gender. None of that rubbish is welcomed in an equalitarian environment. That's the perspective we see it from.
