I'm sorry he's said something like that to you, that's just uncalled for and you shouldn't have to put up with that. It can be demeaning and a bit insensitive to you and your feelings.
I mean everyone might have an ideal preference. But if you're with someone that doesn't fit that ideal, then why bring it up. From the sounds of it, he just said that outright to you? Either way, not the best way to handle it in my opinion.

I’m curious, @MrPerditus1. Why would a man be with a woman who wasn’t his ideal, or even the complete opposite?

@Carissimi perhaps because they have something which is more valuable for the other?
Such as, intelligence? Honesty?

I can't answer for other men, but being who I am, I don't have anything I am drawn to more than another. Nothing like hair color, build, height or anything like that. For me, it's the person, the personality, the connection I make. That being said, as I mentioned, so many might have certain things that attract them, but go with someone opposite because there is or was a draw or connection to something else about that person that has nothing to do with physical appearance. Still, saying something like he did just wasn't necessary.
Hell, I'd suggest just saying to him, if it ever comes up again..."Oh that's good, because I like (insert physical description that is not him) as well and a larger penis." and then smile. :D
Okay, maybe that last part might be a bit petty, but made me smile thinking of it.

@Carissimi Well thank you kindly, just taught from a young age that's all. :) But it's greatly appreciated.
