On a date, do you go dutch?

As long as he pays for the flight to Amsterdam.

As students, we always went Dutch. It wouldn't have been fair to expect the guy to pay all the time, although sometimes that did happen if someone invited me out and insisted on paying.
Now, if someone invited me out, I would expect that he would pay the first time but after that I would offer to pay my way.

When I was dating, if I asked a woman out and she agreed she was my guest so I footed the bill. I'd only go dutch if it was discussed and agreed upon before hand (and she offered). I could say that it should be that way if SHE asked me out....but I never got asked out (I mean no one ever did, I did all the asking).

Wouldn't matter to me. Really depends on who's suggested the date in my mind.
I have never dated a man who wanted me to pay or split the bill.

Oh but for the record I paid my exes ticket prices for the concert when I invited her to warped tour...

haahahaha I don't do dating I basically do long term relationships... after 7 years nobody gives a shit who pays, it's more who can afford to.

Not by default. If I initiated the date I will offer to pay for it.

If a woman initiates a date I will offer to go dutch, but if she insists on covering I will allow it.

I really think the date initiator should at least offer to cover it, particularly for the first couple of dates
