No, none are. Even if a man might be physically attractive, it gets utterly ruined when he becomes arrogant. It's one of the most hideous traits one could have.

Human nature is often prideful regarding attributes that are constantly reinforced as better than average or better than others. So this would be a yes for both men and women although there are many exceptions. We all have something that we are a little bit arrogant about and if you were in the top 5% of the population in looks then you might be arrogant about it as well even if you think that you wouldn't be.
