Having been repeatedly cheated on in my first marriage...cheating, even once, would be a deal breaker for me. I tried the talking and trying to forgive/save the marriage thing...but she lied to me as well as to our marriage counsellor (that she was sorry and wanted to save our marriage) the whole time and continued sneaking around behind my back. I am not a cheater, I've never believed that even if the reason is understandable that it is right, and I would not tolerate it.

First, I would try to calm myself down, to avoid doing anything hasty, stress-induced.
Then, maybe a week later I would brace myself for a long talk with my other half, being fully aware what are some possible consequences.
Talking is key here. As cheating is rarely an isolated event. There is always a deeper reason.

@Darksideinthenight1 True, that is another story. The issue is not cheating anymore, but whether the relationship with her should exist at all.

To walk away with no fights, no name calling and no explanations for never looking back.
No exceptions, no one concivable "interpretation" if and when facts are known.
No restrictions to other one´s freedom but neither to this choice of mine.

I'd cease having sex with them after I confronted them. I'd also tell them to move out in 7 days and that they are paying for the entire divorce and any legal costs.
I couldn’t continue in the relationship. The male ego is stronger than love.

Leave and she will never see me again. Cheating is unforgivable.

It happened in a previous relationship I thought that then I was hurt. But if it were to happen with my husband I love him in a way I can’t relate to others. I trust him so deeply I believe the devastation to follow him betraying that trust would feel like I was being cracked open.

@SW-User I couldn't be in or remain in a relationship with someone I couldn't trust...but if my wife were to cheat on me (and she wouldn't), that doesn't mean I wouldn't still love and care about her I just wouldn't be able to continue as we are. So I can see what you're saying.
