What was your bad date experience?

Bit of a long one but here we go.

Had a guy I use to know set me up for a date with one of his female friends. I texted her for a few days before hand, we exchanged pics of our faces, made small talk, the usual. Anyhow I showed up and she wasn't the girl from her picture. She was chubby but not fat, and actually kinda cute. I would say a good 5/10. I totally would've taken her out if she hadn't lied to me. Anyways she threw an unholy bitch fit in the parking lot of the restaurant when I refused to have dinner with her, saying shit like a few extra pounds shouldn't matter. I told her the issue wasn't her weight. It was her deception. I also found out through my buddy when going through some of the texts that she had lied about everything from her birthday to her favorite color. She was just fucking nuts. I get being insecure but that's no reason to lie, and then expect things to go your way when you find out. Hell, I might have even given her a second chance if it was just the picture and she handled it more maturely than having a public meltdown.

That whole thing still pisses me off.

Not the worst, but a peculiar one.

Was my first date since divorced, being also a "single father" (and only parent).
In the middle of what was thought to be a romantic dinner, I received a call asking me to go back home at once.
My daughters, all of them, had suddenly got varicella.

While I was trying to explain it, the lady walk away without a word...

We were supposed to go to a festival, but the guy drove us to his place instead. We got there and he didn't want to go anymore. He just wanted to do things at his place; sex or watch TV were the options. 🙄 I called my sister to come pick me up.

Blind date. We went to a restaurant. She excused herself to go to the ladies room and never came back

I wanted to go on a date with someone and they stood me up for a date with another guy. Two weeks later she called me back up and begged me to go on a date with her. The guy she stood me up for turned out to be a jerk. It was awkward meeting her because of her standing me up. The whole day was awkward especially when she started talking about sex. There was no second date.

My first and last blind date. I took my fraternity brother's sister to a fraternity party. She just wanted to get drunk, so I let her drink until i felt she had enough. Then I took her home. She told her brother she had a great time, and I never saw her again...thank goodness!

I went out with a woman once who on the very first date was practically making wedding plans...all she talked about was how she pictured our married life being. I did it as a favor to someone I knew and I swore then and there I'd never do that again. That woman stalked me for years after that.

going to watch a movie, first she wouldn't stop talking, then she fell asleep and once the movie was over couldn't wake her up...quite an experience...

I tried to go on a date with a girl and we drove in separate cars to the place. While on the drive she texted me and said she wasn’t into the idea anymore and sped off.

When they stripped for me I saw that they had been put back together again like Frankenstein's monster. Reattached head, etc.

The first date I went on with my ex, she spent most of it on her phone. I should have known at that point, but I was more oblivious then. -_-

She did the fake "emergency call" thing where the friend "calls" with a crisis of some kind. Good riddance.
