People might change a little, but they have to want to change and be open to it. If they're the type of person that thinks they're always right and responds to any criticism by getting defensive and steamrolling the other person... yeah, nope. Never gonna change.

I am not sure how old you and this guy are. But let me tell you the number of women that have set out to improve their guy is huge and the number that succeed are small.
