People might change a little, but they have to want to change and be open to it. If they're the type of person that thinks they're always right and responds to any criticism by getting defensive and steamrolling the other person... yeah, nope. Never gonna change.

@Olivine What do you think of remorseful bad guys who repent and are willing to change? Do you think they can keep up their promises?

@Frozenblaze If they are truly remorseful and genuinely want to change, perhaps. I've seen it happen.
