How do I move back?

So, my best friend at the time said she really likes me and broke up with her bf to show she does. We went on a movie date. After I started to see a pretty good future. The next day she ghosts me and gets back together with her boyfriend. What sucks is that I work with her, how do we go back to friends? I don’t know how to back track everything I was looking forward to.

Idk. I was just really excited someone was interested in me. I’ve known her for half a year now as far as I know she isn’t the type to play with emotions. She felt really bad about it and I told her it was alright and the right thing to do to give him a second chance.
