My wife, our relationship, and my time with her is my first and foremost priority and nothing will ever change that. However it can't be 100% all of the time as life often interferes. For instance I HAVE to work, and though I wish like crazy that I didn't have to and could just spend all day everyday with her, I just can't do that and still have income that helps provide what we do have. But yes all of my free time is primarily her time as well.

And I am expecting you to do the same
