@mljenkins Legal is 16 some places, like the UK I think.

@ChipmunkErnie some places where it is 16 can still get you in trouble for delinquincy of a minor. And over the internet is generally an 18 minimum based on various nation laws.

Heck, last I heard we still have states her in the US where 14 year olds can marry with their parent's permission.
