What is your opinion of the "Dine and Dash Dater?"

He is a 45 year old man facing several felony counts for dining out with a date and then running off without paying his share of the bill. The last felony count was for a filet mignon and shrimp dinner...which he ate...and then dashed out the door leaving his date to pay the entire bill.

@SW-User You might not think so if he sucked you in. Imagine him calling and asking you out for a romantic dinner at an expensive restaurant. He tells you to order whatever you want...to really live it up. He orders the lobster and a shrimp cocktail and a magnum of champagne. When he is finishing his $16.00 dessert he exclaims..."Oh my gosh! My cell phone is dying!" He tells you he needs to run out to his car to get his charger....and you never see him again. The waiter presents you with a bill for $150.00 not including the tip. You can't pay the bill. Everyone is staring at you, assuming that YOU are a deadbeat. The restaurant calls the police...
