What is your opinion of the "Dine and Dash Dater?"

He is a 45 year old man facing several felony counts for dining out with a date and then running off without paying his share of the bill. The last felony count was for a filet mignon and shrimp dinner...which he ate...and then dashed out the door leaving his date to pay the entire bill.

Felony theft would have to be 300-500 dollars depending on where you live. That’s a hella expensive meal.

Breach of contract isn’t a felony as far as I know. Or we’d all be arrested for not paying out credit card bills on time. @4meAndyou

@4meAndyou Sometimes his dates pay the bill, if they can afford it. Otherwise the restaurants have been picking up the charge. He tells his dates his cell phone is low on charge and he has to run out to the car to get his charger.
