What does it mean when a guy is too touchy?
There is this new guy at college. He asked some questions about the teacher and topics so I answered. I was nice because being new can be a bit hard but...he has been really touchy (playing with my hair, grabbing my arm, touching my shoulders, he even invited me to the movies) Im not a person who likes to be touched so this is uncomfortable and besides he said he had a gf so I have been backing off the best way I can. He is full of red lights in my opinion.
